会员账号注销手把手教程，

怎么重新匹配羊毛美滋滋？

其实你自己多开个小号匹配就好了。

给人家一点面子噻，

人家拿真金白银出来，就是要拉新会员，

动动手指，多要一个手机号也不是难事。

我这里只是把信息给全。

这是一个思路，不保证你能通过，或者你要扯上很多时间，就看你自己觉得这部分时间值不值了。

事情是这样的。

由于欧盟通用信息保护法案GDPR具有很广泛的管辖权，几乎全部的国际公司都不可避免地受到这一法案的限制，所以我们也可以使用这一法案的第十七条之规定，要求各公司无条件地删除我们的账户以及一切个人信息。由于个人信息被完全彻底地删除，所以也不需要担心再次注册会受到限制。

由于这一法案施行已经有一段时间，一些大的国际公司可以在线申请注销账户和清除数据。部分小企业仍需要向企业的信息保护部门发送邮件。

值得注意的是，我们发送的不是申请，而是通知，不需要批准或者合意，通知到达对方账户即刻生效。

另外如果你被什么拉黑了备注了，也可以要求删除。不仅可以要求删除集团的信息，各酒店的信息也必须无条件删除。

记得在线表格要选择居住地在欧盟哦。

Dear xx Loyalty Membership Program（这里写会员计划名字）.

I am the member of the xx loyalty program（会员计划名字） and my account number is 123456. I am requesting that you remove my membership account and all of my personal information that you have collected, including but not limited to, membership ID, personal ID, birthday, and travel preferences. I also request that delete any connection of any kind between me and the xx membership program.

In accordance with Article 17 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), I have the right to arbitrarily withdraw my consent to the collection of personal information. The details of the legal provisions are as follows.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

...

(b) the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based according to point (a) of Article 6(1), or point (a) of Article 9(2), and where there is no other legal ground for the processing

...

I would be grateful if you would take action to delete it forthwith.

亲爱的xx忠实会员计划，

我是xx忠实计划的会员，我的会员号是123456。现在我请求删除我的会员账户，以及你方收集的我的全部个人信息，包括不限于，会员ID，个人身份证，生日，旅行偏好。同时我要求你方删除我与xx会员计划的任何形式的联系。

根据欧盟一般数据保护条例第十七条，我享有任意撤回收集个人信息的许可的权利。

具体的法律规定如下，

数据主体有权要求数据控制者立即删除与其个人相关的数据而不的延迟，当满足如下情形之一时，数据控制者应当及时删除上述个人数据：

(a)个人数据失去与其被收集或处理时的目的的必要联系时；

(b)数据主体撤回其根据第6（1）条（a）点或第9（2）条（a）点而进行的同意，且数据控制者对数据的处理没有其他法律根据时；

烦请你方立刻采取行动删除。
