Group Conference & Events Internship A GC&E; Internship will provide key insight on Conference & Events in a commercial Hotel/Business office. During the internship, they will learn about Hilton and our values as well as getting a great understanding of the Conference & Events business in Hilton. Some key areas of development are around; understanding the customer journey and how to handle enquiry, updating our system with new bookings, prepare contracts for event with the support of management, quality checks of our system and process. Helping the team with any admin tasks e.g. preparing contract for business, loading enquiry in our system, preparing offers and updating templates. Supporting with Groups Conference & Events enquiries during need period Updating new starter welcome packs and induction plans (with support of GC&E manager) Keep Hotel information up to date on our systems.

Global Corporate Affairs Intern Manage specialised project work within given timescales Assist in reviewing/proof-reading copy, sustainability data and assessing trends Conduct research on best practices in Corporate Responsibility Support the Global Communications press office General support work for Communications including internal, external, owner, sustainability, editorial and public affairs Assist in drafting/proofing documents/internal stories/social media posts Assist in updating team folders/setting up team meetings/taking meeting notes
▌Qualifications Completing/completed a degree in a relevant discipline (Corporate Responsibility, Business or Communications would be an advantage) Evidence of interest in sustainability, communities, climate change and the environment Experience with Microsoft Office Numerate Good communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, a team player Good written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Interest in corporate communications Audience focused with good working knowledge of different markets and awareness of cultural nuances
