Grand Mercure Yichang Waitan responsible for the pre-opening and operation
management of the hotel.
Mr.
Michael Yan has unique insights and rich experience in the development and
operation of high star hotels. He has worked as luxury hotel executive
management for more than 25 years in Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel and many
other Accor hotels in Greater China. He has been worked in Zhengzhou, Hefei,
Suzhou, Dalian, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chongqing, Xi 'an and other places. With his
pragmatic and rigorous working attitude, Mr. Yan has won the trust of customers
and a good reputation in the industry. At the same time, he has also made many
remarkable achievements.
As
the first international brand hotel created by Xingfa Group in Yichang, Grand

the InterContinental & Hotel Indigo Wuxi Taihu New City, where she will be
fully responsible for the pre-opening and operational management of the complex
hotels.Ms.
Jiang is a professional hotelier with over 30 years international hotel
management experience, particularly excelling in F&B management, marketing
strategy, and talent development. She started her career with IHG since 2014
and having an amazing Room to Grow Journey with the group.Prior
to this appointment, Ms. Jiang served as the General Manager of HUALUXE Wuxi Taihu

footprints reached most places of China, such as Shanghai、Chengdu、Shenzhen. Chef Daniel Ye has over 2 decades of Kitchen operation
experience. He is keen on exploring different food cultures and discovering

仲志宾先生，于1997年在南京希尔顿酒店开启了他的酒店职业生涯，之后足迹遍布上海、重庆、三亚、杭州、烟台等各大城市，拥有26年的酒店餐饮厨房行业经历以及丰富的后厨管理运营经验的他，曾在2012年伦敦奥运会被希尔顿酒店集团派去伦敦华尔道夫酒店负责接待中国代表团。丰富的工作经验及勤恳负责的工作态度让仲志宾先生在行业中备受赞扬。

Peter
has over 26 years of experience in culinary operation and management. Having
begun his career journey with Hilton Hotel Group in Nanjing, he then worked
within the group across various cities in China, such as Shanghai, Zhongqing,
Sanya, Hangzhou, and Yantai. Highlight of his career including his secondment
by Hilton Hotels Group to host the Chinese delegation at the Waldorf Astoria
Hotel in London during the 2012 London Olympics. He was highly praised in the
industry for his innovative skillsets and diligent.
Peter
will lead the culinary team at Jumeirah Nanjing to exemplify the Jumeirah brand
philosophy of "Stay Different" with creativity and innovation, and in
achieving optimum operation efficiency and business goals.
