逸扉酒店任命集团运营副总裁

赵汝为先生

我们很荣幸地宣布，赵汝为先生（Mr. Evan Chiu）近日被逸扉酒店正式任命为集团运营副总裁。

赵汝为先生拥有超过30年资深的酒店管理经验，涉足酒店管理运营各板块，尤其对酒店经营业绩、收益管理、宾客服务、酒店及餐厅更新改造、餐饮管理、酒店品牌重塑等方面有丰富的经验、独到的视角及个人领悟。在其30余年的酒店深耕经历中，学习与工作足迹遍布全球多个国家及地区，赵汝为先生精通广东话、普通话与英文，并熟练运用法语。

加入逸扉品牌前，赵汝为先生在中国旅游集团任职并担任香港维景和睿景酒店总经理。此次担任逸扉酒店-集团运营副总裁一职，他将全面负责逸扉酒店的运营、市场销售、餐饮等工作，并向逸扉酒店首席执行官及董事总经理孙武先生（Mr. Elton Sun）进行直线汇报。

赵汝为先生拥有Manchester Metropolitan University, UK/Switzerland国际酒店及餐饮管理学硕士学位，目前担任瑞士教育集团(SEG) 香港及澳门校友会会长，同时，赵先生还是香港酒店业协会执行委员会成员、岭南大学商学院顾问委员会成员、香港专业及资深行政人员协会创会会员。

We are proud to announce that Mr. Evan Chiu was recently appointed Vice President of Operations by UrCove Hotels Group.

Mr. Chiu has more than 30 years of experience in hotel management. He has involved in various sectors of hotel management and operation. He has wide experience and unique understanding in hotel performance, revenue management, guest service, hotel and restaurant refurbishment, F&B management, hotel rebranding, etc. In his more than 30 years of hotel experience, Mr. Chiu studied and worked in many countries and regions all over the world. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and also speaks French.

Prior to joining UrCove, Mr. Chiu worked for China Tourism Group and was the General Manager of Metropark hotel and Kew Green hotel in Hong Kong. As Vice President of Operations of UrCove Hotels, he will be fully responsible for the operations, sales, F&B of UrCove Hotels and will report directly to Mr. Elton Sun, CEO and Managing Director of UrCove Hotels.

Mr. Chiu holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK/Switzerland. He is currently the Chapter President of Swiss Education Group (SEG) 's Alumni Association in Hong Kong and Macau. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Hotels Association, a member of the Advisory Board of Lingnan University Business School, and a founding member of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association.

福州仓山凯悦酒店任命总经理

王婷女士

近日，凯悦酒店集团正式任命王婷女士(Lily Wang) 为福州仓山凯悦酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作，并于日前正式履新。

王婷女士在山东省青岛市长大，1998年开始了她的酒店职业生涯。王婷女士拥有25年的酒店销售战略制定、市场营销以及人才培养等方面的资深管理经验，丰富的工作履历塑造了王婷女士卓越的战略性思维、敏锐的市场洞察力、出色的领导才能和优秀的沟通能力。

王婷女士曾相继在香格里拉和洲际等国际酒店集团的旗下酒店担任要职，工作足迹遍布青岛、上海、常州、呼和浩特、厦门等多个城市。在此履新前，王婷女士在厦门香格里拉酒店担任驻店经理一职，负责酒店的全面运营。

王婷女士是一个热爱生活、充满活力的人，她喜欢跑步和自由搏击。“一分耕耘一分收获，天道酬勤“是她的信念和准则。

It gives us great pleasure to announce the selection of Lily Wang as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Cangshan Fuzhou.

Lily grew up in Qingdao in Shandong province and commenced her hospitality career in 1998. Lily has 25 years of senior management experience in hotel sales strategy development, marketing and talent cultivation. Lily’s rich work experience has shaped her excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, excellent leadership and excellent communication skills.

Lily has held key positions in hotels of international hotel groups such as Shangri-La and intercontinental and she has worked in Qingdao, Shanghai, Changzhou, Hohhot, Xiamen and many other cities. Prior to her appointment, Lily served as Resident Manager at Shangri-La Hotel Xiamen, where she was responsible for the overall operation of the hotel.

Lily is an energetic person who loves life. She enjoys running and kickboxing. "No pains, no gains. God rewards hard work " is her belief and principle.

"I intend to be a successful leader and General Manager. I plan to build an excellent team and, together, achieve outstanding business performance." Lily says of her new role.

As an excellent female leader, it is believed that the joining of Lily will bring a new perspective of development to Hyatt Regency Cangshan Fuzhou. And she will lead the hotel team to provide guests with quality service and comfortable experience, and achieve more excellent market performance and brand reputation.

任命业主代表总经理

张峰先生

近日，张峰先生（Tommy Zhang）被任命为渭南中创温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店酒店业主代表总经理。全面负责酒店的筹备运营管理及战略发展工作。凭借其资深的筹开及运营经验，张峰先生将全力推进中创豪廷酒店管理公司旗下规划酒店的开业筹备及运营统筹等工作。

张峰先生毕业于世界闻名香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院（SHTM），所学的旅游与酒店管理专业是理大的王牌专业，专业排名居于亚洲第一亦是世界Top级别专业。过硬的专业为之后的工作奠定了良好的基础。张峰先生拥有20多年国际品牌酒店服务及管理工作经历，足迹遍布多国。曾服务于洲际，万豪，温德姆等多家知名酒店管理集团。服务管理洲际旗下香港，新加坡，加拿大及美国等地酒店项目；负责筹开及运营管理温德姆酒店集团旗下湖北，福建及广东区域酒店项目。对酒店项目筹建及运营管理工作，尤其是前期规划设计、工程管理、机电系统等有着丰富经验。曾于2008年及2009年两次获得中国饭店协会的嘉奖并授予最高荣誉勋章。并在其工作领域屡获殊荣，带领酒店团队获得了骄人的业绩。

上海虹口三至喜来登酒店任命总经理

沈程炜先生

近日，万豪国际集团任命沈程炜（AndyShen）先生为上海虹口三至喜来登酒店（Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel）总经理，沈程炜先生将会全面负责上海虹口三至喜来登酒店的日常运营及管理工作。

沈程炜先生毕业于加拿大罗斯福大学MBA专业并取得学士学位。此次履新前，曾担任上海西藏大厦万怡酒店和上海张江海科雅乐轩酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营及战略管理工作。作为一名资深的酒店经理人，沈程炜先生拥有20多年丰富的国际酒店管理经验，先后就职于万豪、洲际、香格里拉和凯悦等国际品牌酒店，积累了丰富的酒店运营经验和卓越的领导才能。

相信凭借他全新的运营理念、丰富的管理经验和对工作的热爱，定能为酒店注入新鲜的活力，与酒店团队成员一起不断探索和创新，为下榻的宾客带来高标准的服务品质。我们相信在沈程炜先生的带领下，上海虹口三至喜来登酒店将谱写新的华彩篇章。

Marriott International officially appointed Mr. Andy Shen as the General Manager of Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel. He will fully in charge of the hotel’s business strategy and operations.

Mr. Andy Shen graduated from Rutherford University in Canada with bachelor’s degree in MBA. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Andy Shen served as the General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui and Aloft Shanghai Zhangjiang Haike, responsible for the hotel's operations and strategic management. As a professional hotelier with international perspective, Mr. Andy Shen has over 20-year experience in International Hotels including Marriott, InterContinental, Shangri-La, and Hyatt, during this time, he has accumulated rich experience in hotel and outstanding leadership skills.

And he will focus on improving the hotel’s revenue and service standards, constantly leading his team to explore new and innovative opportunities in order to start a new chapter for the hotel.

抚顺富力万达嘉华酒店任命总经理

何永光先生

抚顺富力万达嘉华酒店正式任命何永光先生为酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店的战略发展及运营管理工作。

何永光先生拥有超过20年的国内外高端连锁酒店工作及管理经验，深耕万达品牌近十载，扎实的酒店管理阅历使得何永光先生深谙酒店经营各板块的核心要素，亦具备明晰市场的洞察力与非凡的领导力。何永光先生秉持团队才是核心的理念，在践行宾客满意度的同时打造一支紧密连接的队伍，以此共同实现酒店的目标。此次履新前，何永光先生任职于南昌融创万达文华酒店，并执掌酒店运营方向。未来相信他将凭借对酒店管理独到的见解与创新的思维继续带领团队乘风破浪，再创辉煌。

Wanda Realm Fushun Hotel announced the appointment of Mr. Teddy He as General Manager, taking responsibility of strategic development and operation management in hotel.

Mr. He has more than 20 years of experience in hotel management at domestic and abroad, includingabout 10 years of working time in Wanda, which led to a good understanding of the core elements of hotel management as well as a clear insight into the market and extraordinary leadership. Mr. He adheres to the concept that team is the key, and builds a closely connected team while practicing guest satisfaction, so as to jointly achieve the goals of the hotel. Prior to that, Mr. He has worked in Wanda Vista Nanchang Hotel. With his unique hotel management insights and innovative thinking, we believe that he will continue to lead the team to make new achievements in the future.

佛山万豪酒店及佛山万怡酒店任命人力资源总监

魏超先生

复合型酒店佛山万豪酒店及佛山万怡酒店任命魏超为酒店人力资源总监，他将全面负责酒店的人力资源管理及员工培训工作。

魏超先生拥有十余年的国际品牌酒店工作及人力资源管理经验，他曾先后就职于万豪国际集团旗下的福州东湖万豪酒店、三亚万丽度假酒店、海口万豪酒店、东莞喜来登大酒店及广州南沙越秀喜来登酒店，并积累了丰富的人事管理经验等。魏超先生不仅是专业的人力资源管理师，急救培训讲师，同时还曾担任过海南省星评委员会成员，魏超先生对星级酒店的运营标准及星评标准有着独特的见解和专业认知。

魏超先生做事沉稳低调，关爱员工、友爱同事，且重视员工的培训及发展。魏超先生表示：他将秉承 “照顾好我们的员工，员工才会照顾好我们的客人” 万豪管理理念，竭尽全力带领人力资源团队为员工创造温馨的工作环境和生活环境，为酒店的正常开业和后期运营做好充分的人力储备和员工培训。

天津四季酒店任命行政总厨

欧阳庆成先生

天津四季酒店在迎接开业六周年后，也迎来了新一任行政总厨 - 欧阳庆成先生，他拥有逾30年融贯中西的深厚烹饪经验，是亚太地区知名的厨艺大师之一。他将管理酒店所有餐饮岗点的厨房团队及美食出品。

欧阳庆成生长自新加坡，学成于亚洲知名的新加坡国际酒店与旅游管理学院。从1987年开始其厨艺生涯始于1987年，并很早就与四季结下了不解之缘，曾于1995年加入新加坡四季酒店的开业团队，工作8年连续升任至行政总厨，期间锻炼、展现出卓越的烹饪及厨房管理能力。在加入天津四季酒店前，他曾任职于北京的奢华酒店，并助其餐厅摘得过米其林以及黑珍珠等重要奖项。

欧阳庆成曾代表亚洲参加过在美国、加拿大、德国、瑞士以及法国等地举办的国际厨艺大赛，得到了世界范围内的认可。例如2003年新加坡全球美食峰会，多伦多“加拿大味道”厨艺大赛，1996年德国柏林厨艺奥林匹克大赛并荣获冷盘金奖，以及1993年瑞士世界厨艺大赛并荣获冷盘金奖及热菜银奖。

他游历多国参赛、学习的经历令他吸收了全球不同国家的饮食文化，并逐渐形成了融贯中西的创意烹饪理念与技法。他觉得成功的厨师团队要多倾听食客的声音，以开放灵活的心态烹饪美食、不断创新。“美食是幸福的源泉，没有比对食物的热爱更加纯粹真诚的了。” 欧阳庆成分享道。

拥有深厚的烹饪及厨房管理经验，谦逊儒雅、开朗健谈的欧阳庆成备受团队的尊敬，是一位阅历广博、给人启发的领导者。欧阳庆成平时喜欢钓鱼，在垂钓中磨练耐心。闲暇之余，他还喜欢看书、收藏“绝版书籍”，从中寻获新的灵感。

Four Seasons Hotel Tianjinwelcomes Mr. Martin Aw Yong as the new Executive Chef who will be responsible to oversee all culinary programs in the hotel. Considered one of the most impressive Asian chefs in the region, Aw Yong brings with him over 30 years of profound culinary and kitchen management experience.

Born and bred in Singapore, Aw Yong began his formal culinary training at the Singapore Hotel Association Training and Education Centre. Then he started his career in culinary and joined Four Seasons Singapore in 1995 as part of its opening team and was quickly promoted from sous chef to executive sous chef, then on to executive chef. Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin, he worked in some luxury hotel in Beijing and guided the restaurants there acquired Michelin and Black Pearl awards.

Aw Yong also represented Asia in various international culinary competitions in Canada, Germany, Switzerland and France, and has won top awards in most of them. A few of his achievements in global events include being awarded the World Gourmet Summit Executive Chef of the Year 2003 in Singapore, winning the 'Taste of Canada' Toronto Competition, and achieving a gold medal in Cold Display at the 1996 Culinary Olympics at Ika Hoga Berlin, Germany. Another marker of Chef Aw Yong’s ability was his achievement of a gold medal in Cold Display and a silver medal in Hot Cooking for the 3rd Salon Culinaire Mondial, Basel, Switzerland.

He experienced and absorbed different food cultures from the world and formed a fusion and innovative culinary concept and techniques that integratedthe Eastern and the Western. He believes that a successful culinary team is active in communicating with guests for real feedback. “Gourmet is the source of genuine happiness. Nothing is purer and sincerer than the love of food.” shares Chef Aw Yong.

With a great wealth of culinary and kitchen management experience, Chef Aw Yong is highly respected by his team for being a masterclass yet open-minded leader. At leisure, he likes fishing to temper his patience and also enjoys reading and collecting books that out of print to explore inspiration.
