近日，银川富力万达嘉华酒店荣幸地任命Akmal Soliman（亚克索来曼）先生为酒店总经理，全面统筹银川富力万达嘉华酒店的运营工作。索来曼先生将带领银川团队，帮助他们发挥潜能，取得更好的成绩。
Akmal Soliman是一位游历全球的资深酒店业者，拥有30年奢华酒店的全方位管理经验。他出身于埃及，足迹遍及非洲、中东以及亚洲，曾在迪拜、也门、摩洛哥、中国等地的国际奢华五星级酒店担任总经理一职。无论是酒店筹备开业、酒店运营管理，或是重塑酒店定位，均具有资深的专业知识和扎实的经验。Soliman曾在中国黄石、荆州、南昌、长春等地筹开万达文华及嘉华品牌。
他的酒店生涯很长，要好几双手指头才数的过来；他的酒店生涯也很简单，两个手指头就能说得出来。
前半段，他的酒店生涯叫喜来登。
他实习的第一份工作是在喜来登，他第一次做总经理也在喜来登，他三分之二的职业生涯都是在喜来登。他曾在喜达屋集团担任区域收益总监，负责34个国家52家喜来登酒店。他在喜来登也遇到了他的真爱，他们在喜来登恋爱、结婚、生子，并育有两个孩子，一个18岁，一个20岁。
后半段，他的酒店生涯叫万达。
他和万达的缘分同样奇妙。一封万达招聘邀请的领英邮件，将他从尼罗河畔带到了长江畔，从此开始了后半生的万达酒店生涯，从湖北荆州、湖北黄石、南昌再到长春，10年，他参与了5家万达酒店的筹开，培养了4位总经理、2位驻店经理。
索来曼先生将会带领银川富力万达嘉华酒店全体员工通过提供个性化服务并引入新的餐饮理念和服务质量来提高客人的满意度。索来曼先生认为，高水平的个性化服务是我们区别于竞争对手的关键点，让客人有难忘的体验。
Mr. Akmal Soliman has joined Wanda Realm
Yinchuan, as the General Manger, who will be in charge of the full hotel
operation. Mr. Soliman will lead Yinchuan team, help them to reach their
potential to achieve the best results.
Mr. Akmal Soliman is a veteran hotelier who
has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for major
hotel chains in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He was born in Egypt, but he
has a very international exposure. He worked as GM of international luxury
hotel chains in different countries such as United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Syria,
Morocco and China. Mr. Soliman has profound professional knowledge and solid
experience in hotel’s pre-opening, operation
management, and branding. Mr. Soliman has done the pre-opening of Wanda Vista
and Realm in Huangshi, Jingzhou, Nanchang and Changchun in China.
Mr. Soliman’s early work experience started in one of the Sheraton
Hotels in Egypt, where he worked as a receptionist trainee. Two thirds of his
career path was in Sheraton and his first appointment as a GM was in Sheraton
as well. Mr. Soliman worked in Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Area Director
of Revenue Management in charge of 52 hotels in 34 countries in Africa, India
and the Middle East. Mr. Soliman fell in love with his wife who was his
colleague at that time, they got married and have two children aged 18 and 20
years old.
The third part of his hotel career has been
with “Wanda Hotels & Resorts”.
The fate played an important role in his
life when he got a LinkedIn email from Wanda's recruitment office. That email
brought him from the Nile to the Chang Jiang River. Since then, he started
another successful journey with Wanda Hotels & Resorts. From Jingzhou to
Changchun, passing by Huangshi, and Nanchang, he participated in the
pre-opening of 5 Wanda hotels and trained 4 general managers and 2 resident
managers.
In his new position, Mr. Soliman will lead the
team of Wanda Realm Yinchuan to improve guests’satisfaction by offering personalized service and introducing new F&B
concepts and service quality. According to Mr. Soliman, a high level of personalized
service is the key point that will set us apart from our competitors and will
let the guests have memorable experience.
杨荣先生 北京柏悦酒店 总经理
杨荣（James Yang）先生自2022年8月22日正式被任命为北京柏悦酒店（Park Hyatt Beijing）总经理。拥有逾三十年酒店经验的杨荣先生将凭借专业的背景知识和敏锐的市场洞察力，带领着酒店开启下一段奢华由心的新篇章。
杨荣先生的酒店旅程起始于1990年，此次履新之前，曾历任三亚太阳湾柏悦酒店酒店经理，武汉光谷凯悦酒店总经理，随后于2021年2月，就任苏州柏悦酒店总经理。

Park Hyatt Beijing is pleased to announce the selection of James Yang as
general manager, effective August 22, 2022. James will bring his knowledge and
expertise to spearhead the redefined luxury Park Hyatt property.
Mr James Yang began his career in 1990.
Prior to this appointment, he served as hotel manager of Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny
Bay, general manager of Hyatt Regency Wuhan Optics Valley and general manager
of Park Hyatt Suzhou.
"As a place for people to stay and rest
in a city, the hotel has its own strengths and emotional power, continuously

张洋先生 西安经开洲际酒店及 西安经开智选假日酒店 驻店经理
近日，西安经开洲际酒店及西安经开智选假日酒店正式任命张洋先生为驻店经理。

Banyan Tree. His footprint has reached most places of China. Chef Tank Tang

that Mr. Lawrence Gong was appointed as the director of rooms of Wanda Reign on
the Bund and that he will be fully responsible for the daily operation and
management of the Front Office Department and the Housekeeping Department of
the hotel. Mr. Lawrence Gong has more than 10 years of
hotel experience and Rooms Department management experience. His rich work
experience has made him pay more attention to the daily management and
operation of the hotel, team work, customer experience and other details. Mr. Lawrence Gong began his career at Grand
Hyatt Hong Kong in 2008. Before working at Wanda Reign on the Bund, he had
