最新任命 | 泉州泉商希尔顿酒店总经理 - 丁振宇先生

      2021年3月16日，希尔顿集团任命丁振宇先生就任泉州泉商希尔顿酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作。

      丁振宇先生拥有20多年的酒店管理经验，期间先后于香格里拉、新世界、万达、希尔顿等多家著名酒店管理集团担任财务总监、营运总监、副总经理及总经理等高级管理职务，并于2011年至2018年期间，担任三亚海棠湾康莱德和希尔顿逸林酒店业主代表一职，因业绩表现突出，多次受到业主公司的嘉奖。

      此次履新前，丁振宇先生任三亚海棠湾康莱德和希尔顿逸林酒店总经理一职。作为酒店管理团队的掌舵者，丁振宇先生以敏锐的市场洞察力、创新的经营理念、以及卓越的领导才能为酒店做出了显著贡献，带来了多项荣誉及持续收入，2020年在面对新冠疫情影响的情况下，依然带领酒店全面完成经营指标，营业收入及业主利润远超预算。

March 16th, 2021, Hilton has appointed Mr. James Ding as the General Manager of Hilton Quanzhou Riverside, he will be fully responsible for hotel management and operation.

Mr. James Ding brings with him over 20 years experiences in hospitality industry, he has developed and grown as Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Deputy General Manager and General Manager in various hotels under Shangri-La, New World, Wanda and Hilton. Additionally, Mr. James Ding was the owner representative of Conrad & DoubuleTree byHilton Sanya Haitang Bay from 2011 to 2018, where he received many awards from the owner dueto his outstanding performance.

Prior joining to Hilton Quanzhou Riverside, Mr. James Ding was the General Manager of Conrad & DoubuleTree by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay. With his keen market insight, innovative management concept and excellent leadership skills, he has madea significant contribution and brought multiple honors for the two hotels. Despite the great impact of COVID-19 in 2020, Mr. James Ding still led the hotel team accomplished all the management indicators, total revenue and owner profits is far over the budget.
