近日，北京柏悦酒店 (Park Hyatt Beijing) 任命李良先生(Richard Li) 为总经理，李先生将同时担任凯悦酒店集团区域副总裁，分管北京、天津及河北地区凯悦旗下酒店，其中包括两家筹备中 - 毗邻2022年北京冬奥会举办地的崇礼凯悦酒店和位于北京郊区延庆的世园凯悦嘉轩酒店。拥有逾三十年酒店经验的李良先生将凭借专业的背景知识和前瞻的洞察力，引领着酒店开启下一段奢华由心的新篇章。

李良先生的酒店生涯起步于客房服务员，在随后的12年中，他在多家酒店担任管理的职务。2000年，李良先生在累积了丰富的酒店管理经验后，来到布鲁塞尔的Vlekho商学院求学，并获得了国际商务硕士学位。

在回国前，李良先生加入了比利时和卢森堡的一家国际酒店管理集团全球销售办公室，学习国际化的运营理念和思维模式，培养了战略管理的经验。在回国后的数年中，李良先生先后在海南博鳌、合肥，上海和南京等城市积累了一线的工作经验，其中包括在大中华区区域办公室担任发展部经理的职位。一路前行，不忘初心，李良先生不断地提升自身的专业能力与市场竞争力，其卓越的领导才能也获得了行业的认可。2006年，李良先生首次在南京的一家奢华品牌酒店担任总经理。其后的12年中，他辗转于国内不同城市，职业足迹遍布多家国际知名酒店品牌，并曾于万豪酒店集团担任海南区域总经理一职。在他的带领下，酒店团队屡创佳绩。

李良先生于2018年加入凯悦大家庭，担任西安君悦酒店总经理。李良先生不仅在工作中行事果断，敢于创新，在工作之余，他更是乐于挑战自我。热爱户外运动的他，于2018年完成了人生中的第一场全程马拉松比赛。2020年夏天，他从成都君悦酒店启程，历时20天完成了全长约2150公里的川藏线骑行，到达西藏布达拉宫。无论在身体或是精神上，这都是一个巨大的挑战，也是一次让他富有成就感的经历。

Park Hyatt Beijing has appointed Richard Li as General Manager. In addition to his property role, Richard will serve as Area Vice President, overseeing Hyatt hotels in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, including the highly anticipated openings of Hyatt Regency Chongli and Hyatt Place Shiyuan. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry across Europe and Asia, Richard brings his knowledge and expertise to spearhead the redefined luxury Park Hyatt property. 

Richard attained his master’s degree in International Business from the Vlekho Business School in Brussels and joined the International Sales office of a renowned hotel brand in Belgium and Luxembourg before returning to China. In the following years, Richard gained a wealth of frontline experience working with international hotel chains in cities including Bo’ao, Hefei, Shanghai and Nanjing and was a Development Manager in the Greater China regional office. His strength and competency in leadership positions shaped him into a strategic leader as General Manager for the first time in Nanjing in 2006. Over the subsequent 12 years, he has led multiple legacy Starwood hotels and Marriott hotels and held the position of Area General Manager in Hainan. In 2018, Richard joined the Hyatt family as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Xi’an.

Fuelling a passion for adventure, Richard enjoys travelling with his family and challenging himself by competing in marathons. He competed in a full marathon in 2018, and most recently, he completed a 2,150-kilometre, 20-day cycle tour from Grand Hyatt Chengdu to Potala Palace in Lhasa. Richard is glad to be back home after 12 years. With his devotion to care, Richard strives to make every customer feel at home, and he embodies Hyatt’s purpose, which is to “care for people, so they can be their best”.

近日，万豪国际集团任命李晓辉（Douglas Li）先生为徐州万豪酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营及管理工作。

Recently, Mr. Douglas Li was appointed as General Manager of Xuzhou Marriott Hotel Lakeview, fully in charge of the hotel’s operation and management.

Prior to joining Xuzhou Marriott Hotel, Douglas was the General Manager of Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang since 2019. As a professional hotelier with international perspective, Mr. Douglas Li has over 13 years working experience in Marriott International including the Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, St. Regis, Westin and Sheraton. During this time, he has accumulated rich experience in hotel operation and outstanding leadership skills. Douglas started his career in Sales & Marketing. His precise insight of market assured the business revenue grew tenaciously, his creative management thinking led hotel achieved a high marketing reputation, and his exceptional understanding of guests experience propelled the hotels ranking into the Top position.

2021年3月1日，万达酒店及度假村正式任命宋丽英女士为呼和浩特富力万达文华酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的日常运营管理工作。

宋丽英女士拥有超过20年的国际酒店管理经验。自1995年开始带着酒店人的专业与热情，先后在洲际国际酒店集团、雅高酒店集团、万豪酒店集团以及万达集团旗下酒店任职。2013年开始加入万达酒店及度假村至今，宋丽英女士先后在哈尔滨万达嘉华酒店、赤峰万达嘉华酒店及长沙万达文华酒店分别任职行政助理经理以及酒店经理等重要职务，成功完成了多家酒店筹备开业并取得非凡业绩。在来到呼和浩特之前，宋丽英女士任职齐齐哈尔富力万达嘉华总经理。

Mar. 1, 2021, Wanda Hotels & Resorts officially appointed Ms. Sophie Song as General Manager (GM) of Wanda Vista Hohhot. She will be in charge of the daily management of the hotel.

Sophie Song has over 20 years of experience in the international hospitality industry. A passionate hotelier, she started her career in operations with IHG, Accor Hotels, Marriott International and Wanda Hotels & Resorts in 1995. She joined Wanda Hotels & Resorts in 2013, working at Wanda Realm Harbin, Wanda Realm Chifeng and Wanda Vista Changsha as EAM and Hotel Manager. Following great pre-opening and post-opening achievements, her most recent assignment was as General Manager of Wanda Realm Qiqihar.

Mr. Samson Zhang has been appointed general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Qidong, with overall responsibility for the hotel's operations and strategic management during the pre-opening period and after the hotel's opening. With nearly 18 years of working experience, he is a detail oriented, innovative and passionate hotelier. Before his new journey, he used to work in Marriott, Sofitel and other international brands. Prior to that, as a member of the core management team, he was fully involved with the successful opening and operations of Hilton Ningbo Dongqian Lake Resort and Canopy Hangzhou Jinsha Lake.

近日，万豪集团任命刘卓明先生 (Mr. Alex Lau) 为杭州福朋喜来登酒店总经理一职，2021年2月1日生效。

刘卓明先生于2005年以管理实习生的身份加入万豪集团旗下的中国大酒店，他曾在上海，杭州，苏州，广州及顺德等城市就任国际联号酒店不同部门的不同岗位，一步一个脚印，在筹备酒店和运营酒店的过程中积累了丰富的市场销售经验及多样化的运营方式和理念。Alex于2017年10月加入杭州余杭万丽酒店，就任筹备驻店经理一职，之后加入了杭州福朋喜来登酒店，负责酒店全面运营和管理。

Marriott International have announced Alex Lau as General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou Binjiang, with effect from February 1, 2021. 

Alex started his career life with Marriott since 2005 at China Hotel, A Marriott Hotel, as a management trainee. He accumulated 16 years working experience in different functions with several International hotel management chains in different cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Guangzhou and Shunde. Alex commands in a rich and deep understanding specializing in sales and marketing aspect, and has a strong capability of operations gained through working in pre-opening and operating hotels. Alex joined Renaissance Hangzhou Northeast Hotel as Resident Manager since the pre-opening stage from October 2017 and most recently joined Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou Binjiang in charge of the hotel for 2 years.

While working at Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou Binjiang, Alex had showed his leadership skills in all aspects including associate engagement, guest voice improvement and service quality enhancement. 近日，姚继蓉女士正式被任命为上海明天广场JW万豪酒店运营总监一职。

Recently，Ms. Nina Yao has been appointed as Director of Operations of JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square.

Nina has more than 19 years of hotel working experience, and she has served in various sales and operation positions with Marriott working across different properties. Prior to her promotion, she is the Director of Marketing for the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square. In her new role, Nina will oversee Rooms division and the Food & Beverage operations, and will focus on strengthening the extraordinary services of the “JW Treatment” while creating memories for its guests.
