1、佳兆业酒店集团任命运营部总经理——齐弋铭先生


近日 ,佳兆业酒店集团宣布任命齐弋铭先生为酒店集团运营部总经理,全面负责佳兆业旗下自营及委管酒店的日常运营及管理工作

齐弋铭先生于2007年开启酒店业职业生涯,曾服务于希尔顿集团康莱德、希尔顿等品牌,足迹遍布北京、天津、重庆和三亚。履新前,齐弋铭先生就职于天津康莱德酒店,负责项目筹备开业及运营管理工作,且取得非常骄人的业绩。十余年累积的广泛而丰富的酒店运营管理,赋予了他对酒店品牌服务理念的独特理解及出色高效的领导能力。履新后,他将把这些丰富的经验和独特的视角带入佳兆业酒店集团,带领团队为宾客提供更多优质的产品及服务,提升酒店的日常运营管理效能,创造更多佳绩。

2、南京世茂滨江希尔顿酒店任命总经理——张永宏先生




近日,张永宏先生被任命为南京世茂滨江希尔顿酒店总经理,他将全面负责酒店管理及日常运营工作。

张永宏先生拥有超过26年的酒店运营管理经验,曾先后在深圳、厦门、西安、漳州、哈尔滨、牡丹江等地负责酒店管理工作,并取得了骄人的成绩。多年丰富的酒店管理经验,赋予了张永宏先生非凡的领导力、洞察力,以及对酒店行业独到的见解。在此履新之前,他任职厦门海沧融信华邑酒店及漳州融信皇冠假日酒店的总经理。

张永宏先生在管理宾客满意度有丰富的成功经验,在任职期间酒店宾客满意度及线上好评率均有大幅提升,他曾在不同的任期内分别负责过黑龙江及辽宁地区以及福建地区IHG酒店的宾客满意度。同时,他对生意驱动和利润管控的成功经历得到管理集团和业主方的一致认可,尤其在Covid-19疫情特殊时期。

此次,张永宏先生全面负责南京世茂滨江希尔顿酒店的运营,将以其丰富的酒店管理经验、敏锐的市场洞察力、卓越的领导才能和创新思维,带领酒店团队再创佳绩,为客人提供与众不同的卓越体验,让每位宾客每次入住都倍感满意。

Recently, Mr. Henry Zhang is announced as General Manager of Hilton Nanjing Riverside effective from 21st September, 2020. In his new role, he will fully in charge of hotel management and daily operations.

Mr. Henry Zhang’s hospitality career spans over 26 years with assignments as a management role in Shenzhen, Xiamen, Xi’an, Zhangzhou, Harbin, Mudanjiang etc. and achieved impressive achievements in his work. His solid diversified experience has endowed himself prominent leadership skills, insight and unique views of hospitality industry. Prior this new role, he was the Complex General Manager of Hualuxe Xiamen Haicang & Crowne Plaza Zhangzhou.

Mr. Henry Zhang has unique ideas on Guest Satisfaction management, during his tenures, every hotel's guest satisfaction index and online rating have been improved significantly. He was appointed as guest experience champions for IHG hotels in Heilongjiang & Liaoning cluster and Fujian cluster respectively.  What’s more, his success on business driving and GOP management were confirmed by Management and Owner companies, especially during Covid-19 period.

3、温州威斯汀酒店任命总经理——马倩蓓女士


近日,万豪国际集团正式任命马倩蓓女士担任温州威斯汀酒店总经理一职,她将全面负责酒店管理以及运营等事务。

马倩蓓女士毕业于英国布莱顿大学,拥有20多年的国际品牌酒店管理经验,她职业足迹遍布城市中心和度假胜地的酒店,以及在上海、苏州、三亚和重庆等多个城市的酒店负责开业筹备和运营工作。马倩蓓女士的酒店职业生涯始于重庆JW万豪酒店,之后在不同的国际品牌都有过管理运营的工作经验,这赋予了她在酒店筹备、运营、市场营销战略及团队建设等各方面敏锐而独到的见解和理念。

Recently, Marriott International appointed Peggy Ma as the General Manager of The Westin Wenzhou, fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel.

Peggy Ma, graduated from the University of Brighton, UK, has 20-year professional hospitality industry management experience. She is endowed with excellent and superb understanding of hotel preparation, operation, marketing strategy and team building.  With various hotel management experiences of city center and resort destinations, as well as pre-opening projects and operational hotels in many cities including Shanghai, Suzhou, Sanya and Chongqing. Peggy started her hospitality career with JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing where she spent 4 years. She then held various leadership roles with different international hotel brands. She also comes with a wealth of experience and organizational skills. Benefiting from her valuable hospitality experience in different cities and hotel brands, Peggy has great adaptability and can settle into a new environment quickly.

During her spare time, Peggy enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. We are confident that given Peggy's depth of knowledge and passion for performance, she will be a great addition to the team and will be able to lead the hotel to achieve outstanding results.

4、苏州吴中福朋喜来登酒店任命总经理——陈国军先生


近日,万豪国际集团任命陈国军先生为苏州吴中福朋喜来登酒店总经理,全面负责酒店的筹开及管理工作。此前他自2019年3月起担任苏州太湖万豪酒店&苏州太湖万丽酒店的代理总经理,并担任万豪国际集团苏州区域运营总监至今。

陈国军先生毕业于加拿大维多利亚大学并获得商业学士学位。他的职业生涯始于前厅部,后转型成为房务总监进入管理层。经过多年的职业生涯中不断的沉淀和探索,他将理念运用到实际管理中,协助万豪集团苏州区域酒店提升宾客满意度,获得常年位居亚太区宾客满意度榜首的骄人成绩。在全球新冠病毒肆虐的背景下,陈国军先生以成熟的市场运营经验和团队拓展能力,带领团队扭转疫情对酒店业造成的重创,今年9月起万豪国际集团苏州区域酒店餐饮总收入已远超去年同期。

Marriott International officially appointed Mr. Eric Chen as general manager of Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou, Wuzhong, who is in charge of hotel pre-opening management and the future commercial and strategic positioning. He was most recently the acting general manager of Suzhou Marriott Taihu Lake Hotel & Suzhou Renaissance Taihu Lake Hotel and take charge of Suzhou Market Director of Operations up to now.

Mr. Eric Chen graduated from University of Victoria with Bachelor of Commerce Degree. His career starts from front desk. Years of transnational work experience gave him deep expertise in operation and marketing, as well as formed unique insight into hotel operation and management. With his efforts, Marriott International Inc Suzhou Regional Hotel ‘s GV (Guest Voice) ranks first in the Asia-Pacific region all the year round. Under the background of global COVID-19 epidemic, Mr. Eric Chen led the team with mature market operation experience and team development ability, the total F&B revenue of Suzhou regional hotels has far exceeded the same period last year since September.

“I’m looking forward to the opening of Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou Wuzhong, and show the beauty of Suzhou, a city where classical and modern meets.” Said Mr. Eric Chen. In his new role, he will confidently utilize his extensive leadership expertise to guide whole team to focus on meeting guest expectation with brand core value ‘Honest, Uncomplicated, Comfort’.

5、PVCP太阳季集团宜兴书院度假村任命总经理——郑凯先生




近日,PVCP太阳季集团任命郑凯(Kenn Zheng)先生为宜兴书院度假村·太阳季一期总经理,全面负责宜兴书院度假村的开业筹备及开业后的运营管理工作。

郑凯先生从事酒店行业22年,拥有多年酒店管理经验,曾先后于香格里拉酒店集团、万豪酒店集团、希尔顿酒店集团、万达酒店及度假村等多家国际知名酒店集团旗下酒店担任重要管理职位。郑凯先生在酒店的餐饮/客房产品销售及运营有独到见解,在酒店营运期间超额完成酒店各项经营预算指标。多年的国际及国内品牌酒店运营管理经验,使郑凯先生得以从不同的酒店品牌文化汲取多元化经验,由此对行业个性化发展和卓越服务理念形成深度理解,带领宜兴书院度假村·太阳季一期不断走向成功。

6宁海安岚任命总经理——菲利普先生




近期,菲利普先生(Mr. Philippe Georges Cavory)被任命为宁海安岚总经理,即时生效。他将负责所有部门的日常运营,以满足品味高尚者的度假需求,以及业主和管理公司的财务指标。为确保酒店运行平稳,他还将计划、指导并领导酒店背景多样的团队更加团结努力工作。

菲利普拥有多年在奢华物业、酒店、度假酒店、邮轮及奢华列车上的工作经验,曾服务于瑞瑟夫碧丽、拉维吉耶、摩纳哥巴黎大酒店、LVMH酒店、YTL奢华酒店、六善、悦榕庄、温特沃斯高尔夫俱乐部、东方快车、丽世度假酒店、海洋帝王号邮轮、安缦以及涵月楼。

菲利普的职业生涯丰富多彩且充满乐趣和挑战,他的工作足迹踏遍全球四大洲,例如非洲的摩洛哥和毛里求斯,美国迈阿密、英国伦敦、欧洲的意大利和法国,亚洲的新加坡、马来西亚、老挝、越南,以及中国的黄山、杭州和苏州。他的高标准以及对团队的高要求不仅帮助了他自己,也对他领导的国际团队带来无尽优势,更是得到业主和商务伙伴的一致好评。

他曾经管理的酒店在他的时期赢得多项国际著名奖项,例如康泰纳仕集团《悦游》印度版热榜、《悦游》英美版金榜亚洲前十酒店,CNN马来西亚最佳双酒店以及猫头鹰的读者之选。菲利普本人曾于2017年在马来西亚被评为杰出总经理,在新加坡滨海湾金沙酒店期间获得Alta大奖,以及1999年获得新加坡人事局颁发“人员培养奖”金奖。他在新加坡百汇医疗集团做出突出贡献的职业经历曾被一本书描述为“老虎身上的斑纹”。他曾用五年时间创造了新加坡Mount Elizabeth Hospital的VIP楼层,专门用于接待明星、苏丹、王室成员以及高净值人群,翻新了全部非医疗服务设施项目。同时,菲利普还拥有英联邦调酒师证书,英格兰葡萄酒学会终身会员,1998年还曾进入英格兰最佳侍酒师大赛决赛,并在英国国际鸡尾酒大赛上获得第二名的成绩。

Mr. Philippe Georges Cavory has been appointed as General Manager at The Chedi Ninghai recently, active immediately. He is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations to meet the expectations of our discerning guests, financial objectives of the owners and Management Company. Philippe will have to plan, direct and lead our team of various backgrounds to ensure our operations run smoothly.

During his time, his managed hotels have won some of the world famous awards such as Condé Nast Traveller India's Hot List, CONDE NAST GOLD LISTS UK & USA, TOP TEN Hotels in Asia, CONDE NAST TRAVELLER GOLD LIST USA, CNN Travel Best two hotels in Malaysia and Trip Advisor Travelers’ Choice. Philippe was recognized in 2017 has the Outstanding General Manager for resort, Malaysia at the Alta Awards at The Marina Bay Sand Resort and Casino Singapore, Asian Lifestyle Tourism Awards and awarded the Gold Medal

for the “People Developer Award” in Human Resource in Singapore in 1999. Philippe career was mentioned in a book written in Singapore, I quote “Where the Tiger got his stripes”, Unquote, rewarding the outstanding job he did as a leader of an Asian property belonging to The Parkway Group Healthcare, Mount Elizabeth Hospital Singapore and in five years, creating a VIP floor for the leading movies stars, Sultans, Kings and HVN worth individuals and revamping all the non-medical care services. Philippe is as well as a full member of the United Kingdom Bartenders Guild, Life Member of The Wine Academy England, and he was a Finalist in the Best Sommelier competition in England as well as he finished number two at an international cocktails competition in the UK in 1998.

7、宁海安岚任命市场销售总监——罗小风女士




近日,罗小风女士正式从宁海安岚销售总监一职升任为市场销售总监,全面负责宁海安岚的市场销售工作,包括客房、宴会、餐饮的销售及市场传媒、预订等分部门的管理。罗小风拥有十四年的销售经验,曾在香格里拉集团及朗廷集团旗下酒店长期供职,客户稳定而遍及全国各地,拥有丰富的销售经验,并连创佳绩,得到业主、管理公司以及直属上司一致认可。

从业至今,她在多家酒店中致力于MICE, Event, Sales三个领域的工作,对销售系统标准把控严格,深谙销售技巧和销售团队管理,综合能力全面。  

自筹备开业期间就加入宁海安岚,她一直运用自己多年的销售经验开拓市场,在自己领域表现出色,使她近日被擢升为市场销售总监,并用高标准职业态度带领团队,鼓励大家再接再厉,继续充满激情的天然山林温泉度假之旅,打造宁波地区的最潮的度假及MICE目的地。

After holding the role as Director of Sales for two years, Ms. Sisi Luo was promoted as the Director of Sales and Marketing recently because of her excellent contribution in the past years. She is responsible for sale of rooms, MICE, as well as reservations and communications departments. Sisi has more than 14-year sales experience and used to serve Shangri-la and The Langham Group. Her stable career performance was well recognized by the team, owner and management company.

Her commitment to the specialty of MICE, Event and Sales from her career beginning with high standards and competencies, now took a role of a professional Sales & Marketing team leader.

8、天津于家堡洲际酒店及行政公寓任命餐饮总监——刘文鹏先生



近日,天津于家堡洲际酒店及行政公寓正式任命刘文鹏先生为酒店餐饮总监,全面负责酒店餐饮运营与管理工作。刘文鹏先生将秉承洲际品牌追求卓越的服务理念,致力于为宾客提供激发灵感的细致旅行体验。

刘文鹏先生拥有16年酒店管理经验,曾相继服务于洲际酒店管理集团、希尔顿酒店管理集团等旗下多家品牌酒店。此次任职天津于家堡洲际酒店及行政公寓餐饮总监前,刘文鹏先生于太原阳光皇冠假日酒店担任餐饮总监亦同时代理行使总经理日常运营管理事务,积累了丰富的运营与管理经验。

Recently, InterContinental Tianjin Yujiapu Hotel & Residences is pleased announce the appointment of Mr. Vincent Liu as Director of F&B. He will be fully in charge of the operation and management of F&B department and devote to improve guest experience.

Mr. Vincent Liu has 16 years working experience of hospitality industry, served many hotels under the brands of IHG and Hilton. Prior to joining InterContinental Tianjin Yujiapu Hotel & Residences, he served as the director of F&B and also acted as the general manager for daily operations management at Crowne Plaza Taiyuan Downtown.
