Visual Merchandising Supervisor Responsibilities: Involve in design and planning of retail store displays Partner with Regional VM functions for seasonal display set-up Collaborate with Store Operation team to make the best visual decisions whilst maintaining the corporate visual standards Work closely with the Store Operation, Marketing & Merchandising team to validate and implement VM activities Participate in new store opening & store refurbishment Plan & implement on seasonal display development /adaptation (From concept to execution) Liaise with vendors for seasonal display production & installation management Participate in company /marketing events planning & execution Support VM trainings to the front-line staff Responsible for the brands seasonal promotion graphic design

11. IT Officer Responsibilities: Perform technical support service of computer applications, hardware, software, networking, telecommunication systems and infrastructure IT support Deliver quality IT services to back office and retail shop end-users; Provide general support, maintain and implement operation systems and software application in various platforms Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation Manage functionally suppliers and on-site engineers to guarantee the quality of IT solution Report and define action plan to improve support performance Liaise with vendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions Prepare documentations such as user guide and daily reports Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Diploma holder in Information Technology Operations or related disciplines 5 years or above working experience, preferably with retail experience Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills Project management skill is an advantage Good interpersonal & communication skills Excellent both in spoken and written English and Mandarin Experience in supporting retail environment but not limited to POS ,store systems deployment and support
12. Human Resources & Administration Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all HR and Administration functions and focus on compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll, pension fund, Social Security Fund & taxation management, work injuries and staff medical claims Responsible for all HR related reports Manage new hires, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes. Update and maintain HR system & records including personnel file, leave record and system data in accurately Participate in HR system and Time Attendance System implementation, testing and enhancement activities Prepare various analysis reports for management review Provide support in salary and benefits benchmark surveys Provide internal and external audit support Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head
Job Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in HRIS/payroll, benefit administration in sizeable organizations, preferably in retail industry Well versed in Macao Employment Ordinance, Tax regulation, C&B and Social Security Fund Hands on experience in setup Payroll and HR systems Able to handle large volume headcounts (Over 200 headcounts) Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy Self-motivated, fast-learner, proactive and strong time management skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule & pressure Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English

Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred. Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy Good problem-solving skill and is able to work independently Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels 5+ years in consumer-focused marketing, preferably with travel retail background at managerial level Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), familiarity with social media. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
