DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS AT THE PARK

广州柏悦酒店推出纯手工飘香端午粽

Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with Park Hyatt Guangzhou, where  traditional rice dumplings and anexquisite gift pack have been prepared for this special occasion.

The gift pack contains five delectable rice dumplings in three different flavors—abalone and salted pork, red bean, traditional lye water —all packaged in an exquisite basket. Homemade daily by Chinese Chef Jacob Huang who uses only quality ingredients, all the serice dumplings are guaranteed to  tempt taste buds, ensuring an ideal traditional gift for family and friends.

The rice dumpling gift pack is available from May 30 to June 25, 2020 at Yue Jing Xuan and Living Room, priced at CNY 328 per pack. 中餐行政总厨黄远奖师傅精心挑选上乘食材，每日新鲜包制。这三款颇具广式特色的端午粽，包括一款咸粽与两款碱水粽，定能满足不同食客口味。瑶柱鲍鱼粽，将整只25头南非干网鲍、日本宗谷瑶柱、精选走地猪五花三层肉以华西冰油腌制，搭配红树林海鸭蛋、有机莲子和上等冬菇裹入去皮绿豆和泰国香糯米中，各种精致原料交错融合，既有鲜美的海味和浓郁的肉香，又有粽叶的淡雅清香。香糯碱水粽色泽金黄剔透，其中一款纯碱水糯米，另外一款加入手工红豆沙馅，可根据个人喜好撒上白糖或蜂蜜。
