Kevin Yung先生

瑰丽酒店集团宣布任命 Kevin Yung 担任首席财务官一职。他在金融服务业行业拥有超过25年的丰富经验,对金融领域和瑰丽品牌生态系统有着深刻的了解。同时,在过去两年中,他还一直担任瑰丽酒店集团旗下风险投资附属公司瑰丽资本的执行合伙人。此外,Kevin 还担任瑰丽酒店集团的战略顾问,为多个业务领域提供指导与支持。

单亮先生

近日,凯悦酒店集团正式任命单亮先生(Mr. Daniel Shan)担任上海环球港凯悦酒店总经理一职,他将全面负责酒店的日常运营和管理工作。

单亮先生来自上海,拥有逾20年的国际品牌酒店管理经验,曾先后于君悦、威斯汀、香格里拉、柏悦、安达仕等国际知名品牌担任重要管理职位。

Recently, Hyatt Hotels Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Shan as General Manager of Shanghai Global Harbor Hyatt Regency, he will be fully responsible for the property operation and management. 

Mr. Daniel Shan grew up in Shanghai, he has more than 20 years of work and management experience in the hospitality industry. He has previously worked for Grand Hyatt, Westin, Shangri-La, Park Hyatt, Andaz and other international brands.

Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Daniel Shan was General Manager of Hyatt Regency Chongming, where he created a new record in the hotel business performance with his strong marketing insight and leadership skills during the pandemic situation.

Mr. Daniel Shan has outstanding creativity and marketing strategy and has contributed greatly to the development of several hotels. With his extensive experience in S&M and F&B he has created excellent and unforgettable products to meet the demands of the market and customers. 悦榕庄酒店复合体总经理
倪睿女士

近日,悦榕集团(中国)宣布任命倪睿女士为丽江悦榕庄&香格里拉仁安悦榕庄酒店复合体总经理。在新职位上,倪睿女士将负责两家酒店的整体运营及创收、战略管理工作。

倪睿女士拥有超过25年的多国际知名品牌酒店从业及管理经验,她曾任职于林芝工布庄园希尔顿酒店总经理、昆明索菲特大酒店行政助理经理,以及在昆明翠湖宾馆、大理古榕会馆、丽江悦榕庄&仁安悦榕庄酒店担任过重要管理职务。倪睿女士曾获得美国饭店及住宿业协会教育学院的“注册酒店职业经理人”“注册营销师”和“注册酒店培训师”认证。她对市场充分洞察和精准研判,在市场营销、酒店运营、宾客体验及员工发展等方面具有丰富的成功经验。

The appointment of Vivian NI to the position of Complex General Manager, Banyan Tree Lijiang and Banyan Tree Ringha by Banyan Tree Group recently. 

Vivian NI has over 25 years of management experience of the hospitality industry, with professional knowledge and solid working experience in Marketing Strategy, Operation, Guest Experience and Talent Development. She held leadership positions with various international brands including Sofitel, Hilton and Banyan Tree Group as well. Vivian NI has been certified as “CHA”, “CHSP”, and “CHT” by AH&LA. 

She worked with Banyan Tree Lijiang and Banyan Tree Ringha before as DOSM from 2013 to 2016 with outstanding performance. Her last assignment prior to joining Banyan Tree was with Hilton Linzhi Resort as General Manager. In her new role as Complex General Manager of Banyan Tree Lijiang and Banyan Tree Ringha, Vivian NI will be leading the hotel team to ensure the delivery of targeted financial and operational results, she will be working closely with her team members to ensure smooth operation of the hotel within parameters set by the Group, while maintaining effective owner relations.

Mrs Vivian Han has been appointed as Gerneral Manager of Crowne Plaza Chengdu West and Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center complex hotels.

Vivian started her career in hospitality industry since 2006, when she worked at ex-Crowne Plaza Shenzhen. In 2013, Vivian has been transferred to Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden as Front Office Manager and after she has been transferred to Crowne Plaza Chengdu West and Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center as Front Office Manager since 2014, where she has been a loyalty staff for the hotel and for IHG, as she has developed herself in this complex hotel from Front Office Manager to Director of Sales & Marketing, and further to be Executive Assistant Manager prior to this appointment. Vivian has been well trained in her career in this complex hotel by attending various IHG leadership programs.

魏峰先生

洲际酒店集团近期任命魏峰先生为福州融侨皇冠假日酒店和福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店总经理,全面负责两家酒店的运营管理工作。

魏峰先生于2002年加入洲际酒店集团,并先后在洲际酒店集团及其他品牌集团旗下供职并担任房务总监、行政助理经理和总经理等管理职务。在此次履新之前,魏峰先生任职于南京上秦淮假日酒店和南京上秦淮套房假日酒店总经理,并同时担任洲际酒店集团江苏区域总经理。

InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Waley Wei as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside and Crowne Plaza Fuzhou South. He is fully in charge of two hotels’ daily operation and management.

Mr. Waley Wei joined InterContinental Hotels Group in 2002 and worked for IHG brand and other brands as Director of Rooms, Executive Assistant Manager and General Manager. Before this new role, Mr. Waley Wei worked for Holiday Inn Nanjing Qinhuai South and Holiday Inn Nanjing Qinhuai South Suites as General Manager and also is responsible as Area General Manager of Jiangsu Cluster.

With several years’ work experience on Front Office, Mr. Waley Wei is glad to communicate with different guest and well understand their needs and expectations of hotel service. After his on board at Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside and Crowne Plaza Fuzhou South, he will leverage his outstanding market sensitivity and mature leadership to lead hotel team to enhance our products and service and also will build two hotels as the priority choice hotel among Fuzhou business and family travel market.

Mr. Jason Lam has been appointed as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center.  Where he will fully responsible for the hotel operation and management.  Mr. Lam majored in hotel management in Switzerland and worked in the United States and Switzerland for many years, and he is going to bring his exceptional experiences and fresh ideas to Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center.

Mr. Lam is a Cantonese and in addition to Cantonese, he is fluent in English, and also communicates in French. He has more than 20 years of hotel management and operation experience, having held management positions in many five-star hotels such as Hilton, Shangri-La, Kempinski, Luxury Collection and HUALUXE Hotel, and led his team to complete the group's assessment indicators several times during his appointment, and achieved excellent results in various financial audits.

Mr. Jason Lam's cheerful and open-minded personality and strong mulity-cultural adaptability enable him to actively reflect the hotel's brand culture and heritage in staff management and communication with VIP guests. His experience has given him more comprehensive hotel management experience, and the insights he has accumulated in F&B operation management can better guide and supervise the F&B team to improve service standards and product quality.

Recently, InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Mr. Louis Yin as the  Director of finance of the Crowne Plaza Hefei Rongqiao, recently who responsible for the hotel's financial operations.

Mr. Louis Yin worked at JW Marriott Hotel Zhejiang Anji, Hualuxe Zhangjiakou , Intercontinental Taiyuan, Crowne Plaza Zunhua Hot Spring Town. He has excelled in completing financial related work during the hotel's pre-opening and operation period, which has been highly recognized by the Hotel group and the owners.

Recently, Fairmont Chengdu appointed Mr. Alan Chan as Chinese Executive Chef. He will be fully in responsible for the overall daily operation and management of Chinese kitchen and catering.

Alan possesses 2 decades of working experience with international luxury hotels and a good command of culinary expertise. With sharp insight into Cantonese cuisine, he pays tribute to the deep-seated tradition of honoring the original flavors of food, and incorporating the essences of local material and gastronomy culture to modern-day palate. Prior to joining Fairmont Chengdu, he held position as Chinese Executive Chef in The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an.

Changyi Chinese Restaurant is located at the 4th and 5th floor of Fairmont Chengdu, featuring exquisite Cantonese and Sichuan delicacies. It houses a main dining hall, ten private rooms and a terrace shaded by bamboo grove.
