九龙仓酒店集团正式宣布任命罗卡森(Robert Cousins)先生为苏州尼依格罗酒店新任总经理。苏州尼依格罗酒店已于2021年4月1日正式开业，位于450米高的苏州国际金融中心。这座地标建筑的设计犹如曼妙的玻璃鱼尾，象征长寿和繁荣。而苏州尼依格罗酒店高耸入云，雄踞于这座摩天大楼之巅。

从事酒店行业22年的罗卡森先生在中国拥有丰富的酒店运营经验，并取得了出色的业绩。在加入苏州尼依格罗酒店之前，他曾担任厦门华尔道夫酒店总经理，并成功为这家酒店开业；他也曾在海南莱佛士酒店和上海费尔蒙和平饭店担任领导职务。

Wharf Hotels has announced the appointment of Mr. Robert Cousins as General Manager of Niccolo Suzhou.  The sky-high hotel opened this year in the prestigious Suzhou International Finance Square – hailed as an iconic landmark and “The Beacon of the Future”.

A 22-year hospitality veteran, Robert has extensive hotel operations experience in China with a proven track record in driving outstanding business results.  Prior to Niccolo Suzhou, he was General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Xiamen – which he successfully opened – and previously held leadership positions at Raffles in Hainan, and Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai.

“Robert’s arrival is timely given a recent report, compiled by The Economist Intelligence Unit, placed Suzhou among the top ten emerging China cities with high growth potential,” said Wharf Hotels’ President, Dr. Jennifer Cronin.  “We’re confident that with the positive ranking accorded to the fabled city combined with the high-tech development of Suzhou Industrial Park, and his deep understanding of the China market, Robert will lead Niccolo Suzhou through the next phase of growth and strengthen the hotel’s leadership positioning in the competitive luxury market in China and beyond.”

杭州康莱德酒店任命总经理

骆斌先生

近日，希尔顿酒店集团任命骆斌先生为杭州康莱德酒店总经理，全面负责酒店运营及管理工作。

自2003年，骆斌先生在希尔顿里昂酒店开始了他的希尔顿酒店职业生涯，并且曾经在香港、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、泰国、新加坡、马来西亚和法国等不同国家和地区的希尔顿旗下酒店任职过。至今，他已经在希尔顿酒店集团工作了19年。

在希尔顿酒店集团的任职期间，骆斌先生在项目管理、创新思维优化预算、组织和处理大型活动等方面积累了丰富的经验。作为一名领导者，他在管理和培训多元文化团队方面也表现出了卓越的才能，并与当地社区领导人、业主和客户建立并维系了相互信任的牢固关系。

Conrad Hangzhou is pleased to announce that Mr. Stephane Roubin has been appointed as the hotel’s new General Manager.

Stephane is a great asset to Hilton and began his career with Hilton at the Hilton Lyon. He continued his experience in the hospitality industry with the Hilton family for 19 years in different countries and regions such as Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and France.

During his career with Hilton, Stephane developed solid skills in project management, optimizing budgets with innovative ideas, organizing and handling large-scale events. As a leader, Stephane has shown his excellent skills in managing and training multicultural teams, building and maintaining strong and trustful relationships with local community leaders, owners, key stakeholders, and clients.

近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命何绍忠先生出任阳江中心华邑酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的整体运营及战略发展工作。

何绍忠先生拥有超过30年的酒店行业管理经验，自1985年加入广州白天鹅酒店开启他的职业生涯，作为一位资深的酒店管理专业人士，何先生先后服务于多家酒店及餐饮管理公司，足迹遍布广州、深圳、武汉、成都等多个城市，在过去丰富的任职经历中何绍忠先生积累了坚实的运营及管理经验；并于2017年加入洲际酒店集团，出任广州增城保利皇冠假日酒店餐饮总监一职；2018年3月，他加入洲际酒店集团旗下首家华邑品牌酒店——阳江中心华邑酒店担任行政助理经理一职，协助总经理进行酒店的日常运营及管理；此次履新前，何绍忠先生于2021年2月开始升任驻店经理，全面负责酒店运营，在他的带领下，酒店在宾客体验、提升收益方面取得了骄人的成绩。

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Vincent Ho as General Manager of HUALUXE Yangjiang City Center effective from 21 August 2021.He will oversee the hotel operations in all directions.

Vincent has been working in hotel industry for more than 30 years. He started his career journey with White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou since 1985 and made his steps into many cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Chengdu. With his rigorous and quality-oriented attitude as well as professionalism, he joined IHG in 2017, as Director of F&B at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Zengcheng. Then he has been promoted to be Executive Assistant Manager since March 2018 at Hualuxe Yangjiang City Center, and playing the role of Acting General Manager since March 2021 where he developed the leadership skills that has ultimately led him to where he is today.

希尔顿国际集团近日宣布任命吴骥（William Wu）先生为成都百悦希尔顿逸林酒店总经理。吴骥先生于9月1日起全面负责酒店的日常经营和战略管理工作。履新前，吴骥先生在文安希尔顿及文安郝力克酒店担任总经理一职。

吴骥先生来自北京，他于1996年从北京王府半岛酒店开始了酒店行业的职业生涯，拥有超过25年的酒店工作经验。吴骥先生于2008年加入北京希尔顿酒店，从此开始了伴随希尔顿的旅行。吴骥先生凭借着丰富的餐饮管理理念和卓越的领导力，先后担任重庆万州希尔顿逸林酒店，九寨沟希尔顿度假酒店，文安鲁能希尔顿及文安郝力克启缤希尔顿酒店总经理，其足迹也涉及到北京，青岛及无锡等希尔顿品牌酒店。

Hilton recently announced the appointment of William Wu as General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu – Longquanyi. Prior to this assignment, William served as General Manager overseeing two hotels in Wen’an- the Hilton Wen’an and the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

William has more than 25 years of hotel management experience. He started his journey with Hilton in March 2008 at the Hilton Beijing, Following a successful stint, he was promoted to his first General Manager role at DoubleTree by Hilton Chongqing Wanzhou in January 2014. The other properties William has worked at include the Hilton Jiuzhaigou, the DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing, and DoubleTree hotels in Qingdao & Wuxi.

With his rich management experience and excellent leadership, William will lead the DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu-Longquanyi team into a new milestone.

佛山君御温德姆至尊酒店正式任命庞文强先生担任行政总厨一职。作为行政总厨，庞先生将负责酒店所有的餐饮出品，包括屡次荣获“最佳酒店中餐厅”奖项的君御轩中餐厅；可欣赏西江仿若画卷般“渔舟唱晚”旖旎美景的普罗旺斯全日餐厅、可预订定制菜品的和风日本料理；以及因超挑高的空间及鱼鳞海螺等设计而备受推崇的星月大堂吧。

庞文强总厨有着近31年的烹饪经验，曾在索菲特、温德姆等多家国际品牌酒店任职。来自美食之都广州的庞文强主厨成长于一个热爱美食的家庭。在他的家庭里，用餐时间是与家人欢聚、感情交流的温情时刻，有着举足轻重的地位。“我祖父母的粤菜虽然食材简单但厨艺极为精湛，他们做出的粤菜，是我们整个家庭的完美回忆” 他说，“体会通过美食传达情感与享受，这理念一直深植于我的内心，也让我从很小的时候就立志要成为一名厨师。”

在佛山君御温德姆至尊酒店，庞文强总厨秉持“原汁原味”的餐厅哲学，呈现一系列以丰富多变的天然时令食材为灵感来源的粤式菜肴。他聚焦于优质、新鲜的食材本身，同时展现简单本真的独特滋味。“我通常会选择一种当季又富有美感的食材作为一道菜品的主角，然后尝试能最大化地保留食材天然的滋味的方法烹饪” 他说：“这是一个不断尝试、再重新定义的创新的过程。再用同样的方法去构思设计配菜。这个由主、配菜构成的主角搭建完毕后，我会调制一种特别的酱汁，将餐盘上的所有风味巧妙融于一体。无边界的进行创新，例如我将经典的粤式点心“虾饺” ，搭配川味藤椒入饺以及调制酸酸甜甜的酱汁，令味觉达到更上一层楼的尝鲜体验。”
