近日，洲际酒店集团任命刘佳源先生为东莞洲际酒店总经理，负责酒店的总体运营管理工作。刘佳源先生将他20多年的国际品牌酒店管理经验带来东莞洲际酒店，并将全面负责这家拥有285间客房的东莞首家奢华品牌酒店。

来自马来西亚的刘佳源先生曾在中国多个城市的酒店担任总经理一职，包括长沙环球融创天堂洲际酒店&长沙环球融创皇冠假日酒店、西双版纳洲际酒店、抚仙湖希尔顿酒店等。在他任职期间，成功带领团队创造过诸多优秀业绩，酒店超越过往经营目标以及客户满意度，赢得了无数荣誉，包括洲际酒店集团金龙奖、希尔顿集团亚太区卓越奖等。相信凭借他对酒店品质管理的把控和战略远见，将带领东莞洲际酒店再创佳绩、将市场业绩提升至一个新高度。

InterContinental Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kah Guan Lau as the General Manager of InterContinental Dongguan, responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel. Mr. Lau brings more than 20 years of international brand hotel management experience,  and he will assume full responsibility for this Dongguan's first luxury branded hotel.

Mr. Lau from Malaysia has served as the General Manager of several hotels in China, including InterContinental Changsha ICEC and Crowne Plaza Changsha ICEC, InterContinental Xishuangbanna, Hilton Fuxian Lake, etc. During his tenure, he has successfully led the team to achieve a number of outstanding results, exceeding previous business objectives and customer satisfaction, and has won numerous accolades, including IHG Gold Dragon Award, Hilton Asia Pacific Award of Excellence. With his control of hotel quality management and strategic vision, Mr. Lau will lead InterContinental Dongguan to make further achievements and raise its market performance to a new height.

Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeff Weng as the Chief Enthusiast (General Manager) of Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake. He will be fully responsible for hotel overall operation and strategic management. In his new role, he will directly report to Alan Zhan, Area General Manager, Zhejiang Area.

Mr. Jeff Weng has more than 17 years working experience in hospitality industry. He started his hospitality career in 2004, he has served several international brands such as Shangri-la, Sheraton, Pullman, The Langham, and InterContinental across China mainland. Prior to his current position, he was the director of operation of Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake. With the strong Food & Beverage background, professional operation experience, keen marketing insight, excellent leadership and creative mindset, and also in the light of pursuing excellence and inventive spirit, Mr. Jeff Weng will lead Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake team to create the new benchmark.

何斯倩女士于香港大学获得工商管理硕士学位，拥有超过19年的酒店从业经验，她的职业生涯开始于酒店前厅部。作为一位资深的酒店管理专业人士，何斯倩女士曾服务于万豪、希尔顿等一系列国际酒店品牌及上海、杭州等多个重点发达城市，积累了丰富的高端酒店运营管理经验。

在此次履新之前，何斯倩女士于苏州希尔顿酒店担任营运总监。开朗飒爽的个人魅力及女性细腻独到的视角，对酒店管理工作的热情与投入，带领团队在提升酒店市场口碑、宾客满意度等方面，取得了卓越的成绩。

Claire graduated from University of HongKong and majored in MBA. She has an innate passion in hospitality industry with Marriott and Hilton for more than 19 years across developed cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou，who accumulated rich experience in high-end hotel operation and management.

Prior to this appointment, Claire was the Director of Operations of Hilton Suzhou. And with her efficient work style, diversified management concepts and innovative strategic thinking, she has led the hotel team to make many great achievements, such as improving hotel brand awareness and guest satisfaction.

近日，中旅酒店正式任命高飞女士担任北京丽都维景酒店副总经理一职，她将协助总经理负责酒店市场营销以及管理等事务，并将领导市场销售部员工进一步提升维景品牌“维系真情，景致倾心”的住宿服务体验。

高飞女士拥有近20年的酒店市场营销和管理工作经验，自2000年作为北京东方海逸酒店培训生步入酒店行业，随后2001年2月先后在北京东方君悦大酒店任职销售协理、销售主任、销售经理、销售部副总监、销售部总监，2016年10月加入中旅酒店任职市场部市场营销总监，并于2018年10月升任中旅酒店市场部副总经理。

高飞女士拥有丰富的酒店及酒店管理集团市场营销业务和团队管理经验，具备较强的当代酒店市场营销和客户关系管理能力，能根据市场变化及时调整线上线下经营策略和营销方案，同时在工作中善于学习与思考，勇于创新与开拓，不断挑战、迎难而上、夯实业务、扎实基础、适应时代，能够带领团队为酒店创造更好的收益。

雅诗阁中国西安城市经理赵汉彬先生，在雅诗阁集团任职近11年，拥有丰富的住宿业从业经验。赵汉彬先生，毕业于新加坡国立大学应用数学专业，毕业后加入雅诗阁集团新加坡总部投资与资产管理部，从事日本、韩国集团旗下服务公寓的投资与资产管理业务。2014年调职中国西安，负责雅诗阁西安旗下馨乐庭公寓酒店的运营管理工作，2016年负责并成功筹开了雅诗阁中国在西安地区的首家盛捷品牌服务公寓 — 西安盛捷新地城服务公寓，并负责后期盛捷服务公寓的运营管理工作，2019年正式被任命为雅诗阁中国西安地区城市经理。

赵汉彬先生乐于创新，无论是在日常运营管理工作中，还是在业务拓展方面，都勇于挑战自己。2019年底酒店行业因疫情遭遇市场低潮期间，赵汉彬先生带领销售团队及时调整市场策略，突破传统思维，启动了全员销售模式，创下当月销售业绩的历史新高。

闻良睿先生毕业于南开大学旅游管理专业，于2007年加入天津万丽泰达酒店及会议中心，担任前台服务员开启酒店职业生涯。在接下来的14年里他一直就职于房务部，先后在迪拜帆船酒店、北京JW万豪酒店和无锡凯悦酒店担任房务部重要职务。在镇江凯悦酒店担任两年前厅部经理后，于2020年晋升为上海崇明凯悦酒店助理房务总监。

温州威斯汀酒店总经理马倩蓓女士表示，“闻良睿先生拥有丰富的工作经验，我们相信他一定能够带领房务部取得更大的成功，为宾客带来更加贴心愉悦的旅居体验。”

Dong grew up in North East of China believes his outgoing personality and driven nature led to his career in hospitality. “I am passionate about this industry and love that it’s consistently evolving and moving forward.”

After graduating with a Degree in Tourism Management from Nankai University. Dong joined Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Hotel and Convention Centre in 2007 as Front Desk Agent. Over the next 14 years, Dong progressed through Rooms roles at Burj Al Arab Dubai, JW Marriott Beijing and Hyatt Regency Wuxi. In 2020, he became Assistant Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Chongming, after two years Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Zhenjiang.

Tiffany brings with her over 18 years’ of experience in the culinary field, having worked for several International Hotel chains including Accor and Marriot in different cities such as Toronto, Beijing, Chengdu and Xi’an. Tiffany started her journey as an understudy with a Japanese restaurant and after years of finessing her skills, decided to venture into Western culinary operations, an area which she has immerse interest in. In subsequent years, Tiffany created her own unique style of cooking, often blending the skills acquired from her days in Japanese restaurant into her western cuisine and winning praises from her guests.

We believed that Tiffany’s rich experience as well as innovation would elevate the overall culinary experience for all our guests, regardless if it is an outdoor party or a seat-down dinner in our Ballroom.
