大理实力希尔顿酒店坐落于云南省大理白族自治州，位于苍山洱海之间，毗邻国家稀缺景观，是由云南实力集团开发、希尔顿酒店公司管理、CCDI与WATG共同打造的地标建筑。本项目正负零点标高为海拔2121.00米，占地约8万5千平方米，总建筑面积近9万平方米。包括一栋酒店主楼，11栋别墅，地上5层，地下4层，其中裙房1层，酒店客房区最高9层，建筑最高处达32米。

Dali Shiner Hilton Hotel is located in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, between Cangshan and Erhai, adjacent to the national scarce landscape. It is a landmark building developed by Yunnan Shiner Group, managed by Hilton, and jointly created by CCDI and WATG.The elevation of positive and negative zero points of the project is 2121.00 meters above sea level, covering an area of 85000 square meters and a total construction area of nearly 90000 square meters. Including a hotel main building, 11 villas, 5 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, including 1 podium, 9 floors in guest room area and 32 meters in the highest building.

大理市是以白族为主体的少数民族聚居区，白族占当地人口的65%以上。作为第一个进驻大理的国际五星级度假酒店，酒店选址在大理苍山地质公园附近，布局在半山腰上，地处南诏古国最具鲜明特色的白族建筑群中。

Dali is a minority inhabited area with Bai nationality as the main body. The Bai nationality accounts for more than 65% of the local population. As the first international five-star resort hotel in Dali, the hotel is located near the Cangshan Geopark， which is located on the hillside. It is located in the most distinctive Bai architectural complex in Nanzhao ancient country.

为增加酒店的私密性和专属感，进出酒店的道路蜿蜒在主体建筑物和西侧的苍山之间。景观主轴线从西至东，将建筑、广场、荫道、绿化、景观小品紧紧串连，以步行道的形式缓缓向外延伸至洱海，使每一个单体都有自己独属的领域，隐匿于山林之中。

To increase the privacy and exclusive feeling of the hotel, the main road is between the main building and the west side of Cangshan Mountain. Scenery from west to east, connecting the buildings, squares, avenues, greening and landscape Pieces closely and extending to Erhai, which ensures the smooth flow of the moving line, also increases the privacy and exclusive sense of the hotel, so that each individual has its own field, hidden in the mountains and forests.

位于中庭的大堂，采光通透，宽敞明亮。为营造出白族人家热情好客的氛围，休息区采用特有的装饰性壁炉来迎接游客。经过特殊处理的瓦檐裙板、门楣花饰和祥云装饰贯穿大堂顶部，每一处精雕细琢的小细节都是浓浓的民族风情。酒店也借此项目和周边业态共同带动当地社会发展。

The lobby in the atrium is bright and spacious.To create a warm and hospitable atmosphere for Bai people, the special decorative fireplace is used in the rest area to welcome tourists.After special treatment of tile eaves skirt board, lintel flower decoration and auspicious cloud decoration pass through the top of the hall, a strong national style is showed by every detail.The hotel also takes advantage of the project and surrounding business forms to jointly drive the local social development.

整个酒店最好的位置留给了室外的露台。站在露台上远眺，苍山洱海，白墙黑瓦的白族民居、青山与树木相交呼应，让人恍如身处世外桃源之中。闲暇之余，酒店提供酒吧，游泳池，健身房，洗浴中心等样式繁多的休闲娱乐场所供旅客选择。一系列灵活的会议空间及庭院开放区，也是产品发布、商务会议、社交聚会、婚礼的理想场所。

The best location of the hotel is reserved for the outdoor terrace. Standing on the terrace overlooking Cangshan& Erhai, the white walls and black tiles of Bai People's dwellings, green hills and trees echo each other, making people feel as if they are in a paradise.In leisure time, the hotel provides bars, swimming pools, gymnasium, bath center and other leisure and entertainment places for tourists to choose from. A series of flexible meeting spaces and open courtyard areas are also ideal places for product release, business meetings, social gatherings and weddings.

建筑主体左右两侧的386 间客房，每间都配有独立阳台，视野开阔。房间布局是常见的希尔顿风格，没有过多的装饰与色彩，简单干净而不冷清。早晨伴着洱海第一缕阳光醒来，这是大理希尔顿提供的最美妙的体验之一。

There are 386 guest rooms on the left and right sides of the main building. Each room is equipped with an independent balcony with a wide view. The room layout is a common Hilton style, without too colorful decoration, simple and clean but not cold. Waking up in the morning with the first ray of sunshine in Erhai is one of the most wonderful experiences that Dali Hilton offers.

酒店立面选用大理盛产的石材，装饰设计构思取材于白族传统图案。木质结构的屋顶结合金属板，在保证功能的同时实现古朴亲切的度假诉求。整体风格与自然风景协调一致，充满诗意。外墙面多为上白（石灰），下灰（细泥）粉刷，内墙面多用凸花青砖组合成丰富多彩的立体图案，或镶嵌自然山水图案的大理石，表现出一种清新雅致的情趣。

The facade of the hotel is made of the local rich stone in Dali, and the decoration design idea is based on the traditional pattern of Bai nationality. The wooden roof combined with metal plate can ensure the function and realize the simple and friendly holiday appeal. The overall style is in harmony with the natural scenery and full of poetic flavor. The exterior walls are mostly painted with white (lime) and lime (fine mud) on the bottom, while the interior walls are mostly made of convex blue bricks to form colorful three-dimensional patterns, or marble inlaid with natural landscape patterns, showing a fresh and elegant taste.

项目形体虽无曲线，但因其地处山地，地形复杂且体量庞大。为了对付常年偏西的大风，主房的布局坐西向东，门窗都开在向东一面，风从屋后吹来，自然不易进入室内。山体汇水面积以及与本地块高差较大，由此，在场地与山体交界线外设置排洪沟以防暴雨季节山洪冲刷对建筑带来的危害；道路边界不易燃的景观植物亦可作为防止山火蔓延的隔离带，保障场地安全。

Although there is no curve in the shape of the project, because it is located in the mountainous area, the terrain is complex and the volume is huge. In order to deal with the annual westerly gale, the layout of the main house is set from west to East, and the doors and windows are opened to the East. The wind blows from the back of the house, so it is not easy to enter the room. There is a large height difference between the catchment area of the mountain and the local area. Therefore, a flood drainage ditch should be set outside the junction line of the site and the mountain to prevent the damage of mountain torrents on the buildings in rainstorm season. The non flammable landscape plants on the road boundary can also be used as the isolation zone to prevent the spread of wildfire to ensure the safety of the site.
