China Southern Air Holding Company Limited (hereafter referred to as “the Group”) is a state-owned enterprise approved by the State Council and directly managed by SASAC of the State Council.
Headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, the Group has a registered capital of RMB17.768 billion.
As of December 31, 2020, the Group had more than 110,000 employees with total assets exceeding RMB348 billion. The Group has nine wholly-owned subsidiaries, four holding subsidiaries and eighteen share-participating companies.

In 2020, the Group was ranked first in Asia and second worldwide in annual passenger transportation. For 42 consecutive years, it has been ranked first among all Chinese airlines in passenger transportation and among the world’s Top 10 carriers in cargo and mail transportation.The Group operates a fleet of more than 860 passenger and cargo aircraft, including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, B777 and B737 family aircraft as well as the Airbus A330 and A320 family aircraft.
China Southern Air Logistics, the Group’s freight operator,operates 16 freighters comprising the largest freighter fleet in China’s mainland.

01/ 基本要求:

1.具有博士学位,引进后需全职来公司工作不少于3年;
2.在国内外知名企业担任高级职务,或在国内外知名高校、科研机构担任副教授以上职务;
3.具备较高科研水平和较强创新研究能力,擅长所需专业方向的研究。
1.Earned a Doctor's degree in a related field; expected to work full-time at the Group for not less than three years after recruitment;
2.Previously held or currently hold senior positions within well-known enterprises at home or abroad, or positions at (or above) Associate Professor levels at renowned universities or scientific research institutions at home or abroad.

工程技术分公司—国际市场营销总监、营销委、珠海翔翼航空技术有限公司岗位应聘要求如下:
The requirements for Positions International Marketing Director,China Southern Technique、Commercial Steering Committee、Zhuhai Xiang Yi Aviation Technology Company Limited:
1.年龄在40周岁以下,毕业于国内外知名院校(国外院校需在TIMES榜单排名靠前),本科及以上学历;
2.一般要求具有知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等3年以上工作经验,具备较好的科研水平和创新研究能力,熟悉所需专业方向的研究;
3.对业绩特别突出人才,可适当放宽年龄、学历、专业职务、工作年限等要求。
1.Candidates must be under the age of 40 and graduate from well-known universities at home or abroad (foreign universities should rank high in the TIMES List) with a Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.A minimum of three-year professional work experience at renowned universities, scientific research institutions, or enterprise R&D institutions; strong scientific research skills and innovative research abilities; familiar with research in the required specialist areas.
