LOCATION ANALYSIS/区位分析

宜宾，四川省地级市，国家历史文化名城，发达的酿酒工业使宜宾成为名副其实的“中国酒都”。宜宾是长江上游开发最早、历史最悠久的城市之一， 是南丝绸之路的起点，素有“西南半壁古戎州”的美誉，古称：“僰道”、“戎州”、'叙州” ，位于四川省南部，川、滇、黔三省结合部，长江零公里处。

Yibin, a prefecture-level city in sichuan province, is a famous historical and cultural city in China. Its developed brewing industry makes yibin a veritable "wine capital of China". Yibin is one of the earliest developed cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river with the longest history. It is the starting point of the southern silk road, known as the "ancient rongzhou in the southwestern half of the Yangtze river" and known as "bo dao", "rongzhou" and "xuzhou". It is located in the southern part of sichuan province, at the junction of sichuan, yunnan and guizhou provinces, and at zero kilometers of the Yangtze river.

DESIGN CONCEPT/设计理念

商业顺应地势，利用建筑进退关系，营造跳跃式的空间，给顾客带来丰富的购物体验。入口使用通透性的设计手法，增加市场内部与外围环境的交流。整个项口追求完整统一性，打造一个大型mall形态的家居购物步行街。

The business ADAPTS to the terrain and makes use of the relationship between advance and retreat of buildings to create a jumping space and bring customers a rich shopping experience. The entrance USES the design technique of permeability to increase the communication between the inside of the market and the outside environment. The whole item is in pursuit of integrity and unity, creating a large mall form of home shopping pedestrian street.

1、立体的、多元的购物空间

THREE-DIMENSIONAL AND DIVERSIFIED SHOPPING SPACE

本项目为1#楼，结合多层次的购物主题和购物单元，创造立体多元的购物空间。结合当地市场，打造层次分明的大型购物空间。

This project is the no.1 building, which combines multi-level shopping themes and shopping units to create a three-dimensional and diversified shopping space. Combine with the local market to create a large-scale shopping space with distinct layers.

2、以室外步行街结合1#楼贯穿整个商业片区

OUTDOOR PEDESTRIAN STREET COMBINED WITH BUILDING 1 RUNS THROUGH THE WHOLE COMMERCIAL AREA

以1#楼主导，环绕1#楼布置步行街区式的商业广场，形成主要的商业动线，空间开阔，聚集人气，提供休闲观光的场所。

The first building is dominated by the first building, which is surrounded by a commercial square in the style of walking blocks, forming the main commercial line. The space is open, gathering people and providing a place for leisure and sightseeing.

3、以便利的步行交通组织优化购物环境

Optimize the shopping environment with convenient pedestrian transportation.

以自动扶梯、垂直交通与水平廊道系统相结合的方法营造便利可达的购物环境，提供休闲观光购物的可能。在主入口及中心广场等节点，布置自动扶梯以疏导人流。

With the combination of escalator, vertical transportation and horizontal corridor system, a convenient and accessible shopping environment is created to provide the possibility of leisure, sightseeing and shopping. At the main entrance and the central plaza, escalators are arranged to ease the flow of people.

4、复合与聚集的购物环境

Compound with clustered shopping environment

围绕本项目布置立体与复合性的购物空间，提供多层次、多样化的商业布局，避免单调与乏味。使公共空间活跃而充满吸引力。

Around the project layout of three-dimensional and complex shopping space, to provide a multi-level, diversified commercial layout, to avoid monotonous and boring. Make the public space active and attractive.

5、生态化的建筑空间营造

Ecological architectural space construction

向室内引入自然的阳光与通风，提供购物者清新宜人的空气，以满足健康愉悦的需要。在建筑设备选用上,采用可控的生态设计手法，节约建筑能量的消耗，减少废气、污物的排放量，并同时提高使用的舒适性。

Natural sunlight and ventilation are introduced into the interior to provide shoppers with fresh and pleasant air to meet their health and pleasure needs. In the selection of construction equipment, controllable ecological design method is adopted to save the consumption of building energy, reduce the emission of waste gas and sewage, and improve the comfort of use at the same time.
